The survey was conducted by an ad hoc subcommittee of Service Evaluation and Program Planning Committee, which consists of representatives of the Department of Family Services, St. Boniface Hospital, Child Development Clinic, Health Services Centre, St. Amant Centre, Society of Manitobans with Disabilities Inc., Special Education Administrators of Manitoba, Canadian National Institute for the Blind and the Rehabilitation Centre for Children.
