Summary: This book by Mary Neufeld is an interesting study of one of the most important villages in the eastern half of the former Mennonite West Reserve in Manitoba. This search provides the motivation, the drive and the passion for the study. The book thus becomes not only a history, but a labour of love. The book is beautifully and liberally illustrated with many large photos, maps, charts, lists and other detailed information.
